It is also a good source of vitamin A, magnesium, potassium, iron, and calcium. It enhances the luster of dull-looking skin and hair. As a result, it is extensively used in many skin care supplements that claim to improve the tone of your skin.
 
Niaouli is very effective in relieving the pain of headaches, migraines, toothaches, earaches, and muscle and joint pain, as well as pain due to sprains.
 
Eucalyptus has been used on all sorts of skin ailments such as burns, blisters, wounds, insect bites, lice, and skin infections. It has also been used to combat the effects of colds and flu, and there is a history of its application to sore muscles and joints.
