DIRECTIONS: Twist off the cap and place under (NOT INSIDE) each nostril and inhale for 2-3 seconds. Recap and store in a cool place away from heat and sunlight. Use as needed.
INGREDIENTS: Bergamot, Lavender, Sweet Orange, Geranium and Ylang Ylang.
This inhaler usually will last between 2 to 3 months depending on how often you use it. To help preserve its freshness, be sure to keep the lid closed immediately after each use.
